Customer Communication and COVID-19: Our ongoing approach

We are facing a truly unprecedented situation with the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic. As people across the world are still being affected by COVID-19, we want to reach out and update you on how we’re reacting to the situation from our side.

While we don’t want to add to your already saturated inbox or news feed about COVID-19 strategies, we want to let you know it’s largely business as usual for the Dropsafe team, and we’re continuing to service our customers around the world. 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, and we’re hoping that 2021 will enable things to get back to normal.

Reduced travel and in-person interactions

Like most companies accross most industries, in accordance with world-wide government recommendations, we’re still not travelling or conducting in-person interactions. We want to minimise the risk and maintain the health and wellbeing of our staff, our families and the wider community, while maintaining the high level of support our customers deserve.

All of the tradeshows and conferences that we were planning to attend have of course, in the interests of safety for both exhibitors and attendees, been cancelled. We are keeping a detailed list of the upcoming shows and will continue to keep our events page updated with information as it unfolds.

How can you contact us?

While some of us may be required to work remotely, others are in the office, and we are still at the end of the line and ready to assist you with your enquiries. You can contact Dropsafe as usual, either through the forms on our website, by email or by phone.

Replacing in-person meetings with video calls

Despite avoiding face-to-face meetings as much as possible, we are still able to meet up though video call services such as Microsoft Teams. Please contact us directly via our email address or phone, and we can discuss an online meeting at a time that is suitable for both you and us.

So, however you’d like to communicate with us, we’ll be here.

We will keep you updated on any changes as they arise.

We hope you, your family and your friends all stay well and safe in these challenging times.
